about me.

Born in “Pennsyltucky” (Scranton, Pennsylvania), I grew up listening to Froggy101, wanting to be a country music star; much has changed since then. In 2019, I made the big move to NYC to get my BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, hailing from The Classical Studio where I played Camillo in The Winter’s Tale. Performing and studying Shakespeare is my great joy in life, and I am blessed that he was such an immense part of my training. Prior to studying at the Classical Studio, I spent my time at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. There, I played “Antonio” in Twelfth Night, and had the honor of originating the role of “Juniper” in Val Dunn’s play Down in the Holler. This past spring, I had the opportunity of playingVikcia”, a Polish nanny and co-parent to “Rachela’s” daughter, in Debra Caplan and Cecelia Raker’s reading of Paper Brigade. To work on new queer works like Down in the Holler and Paper Brigade remains special to me. It made me realize how I want developing new work be an integral part of my career. Paper Brigade also invited me to dive into my Polish roots and be close to my ancestors; whenever our work allows us to do that, it is a gift to be cherished. In addition to acting, I am also a writer! I love to be in conversation with people in regard to the topics I’m exploring. I currently am working on a play that explores queer individuals’ relationship to Christianity. Please feel free to reach out via my contact page if you would like to continue the conversation:)

Aside from acting, I also studied French and Linguistics and enjoy learning as much as I can about different languages and cultures. My passion for language is definitely where my love for Shakespeare stems from, and why I have fun learning accents for shows when the opportunity arises! I also value my musicianship as a vocalist and instrumentalist, singing my whole life and studying the clarinet for 10 years. I am so grateful to have artists like Derek Gregor, Selda Sahin, and Eric Krop - my musical mentors who invited the love for singing back into my life.

In my down time, I enjoy reading. My favorite genres probably including memoirs, non-fiction feminist theory, and linguistic studies. To keep myself moving, I love practicing yoga and going to community dance classes, my favorite being Burlesque! I think the nightlife scene and performers in this field are so freeing, uplifting, and supportive; I feel so lucky to learn from them.
